5-Fluorouracil이 백서 체모에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

Abstract
결론
본 연구는 구강암의 치료시 항암제로 사용되는 5-Fluorouracil(5-FU)을 백서에 투여 후
탈모가 생기기 전의 털의 줄기와 뿌리부분에서의 변화를 전자현미경상으로 관찰하였다.
5-FU를 동일조건에서 사육된 150-2009의 웅성 백서 24마리를 대조군 6마리 실험군 18마
리로 배정하고 5-FU 60mg/kg으로 이틀에 걸쳐 복강에 투여하였다 투여후 실험군과 대조군
을 각각 3마리씩 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14일에 희생시켜 털을 채취후 건조시켜 주사 전자현미경으
로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다
1. 대조군의 Scale과 겉꼍질은 일정한 간격과 매끈한 면을 보여 주고 있었다.
2. 실험군 1일째 소견시 몸통부위에서 scale의 변화가 시작되면서 5일째에는 scale의 균열이
보이기 시작하였고 10일과 14일째 소견에서 전체적으로 불명확한 scale과 겉껍질이 벗겨진
상태를 나타내었다
3. 털 뿌리는 외형상 변화는 크게 나타나지 않았다.
이상의 결과로 5-FU투여후 3일째 몸통부위에서 부터 변화가 시작되어 5일째 끝 부분의
scale이 벗겨진 모습이 보였으며 14 일째에는 몸통과 끝부분이 상한 모습을 보였다. 3일째
부터 겉껍질이 벗겨진 모습이 관찰되기도 하였다. 털 뿌리의 변화는 특이적으로 보이지는
않았다.

This study was undertaken to observe the effects of the antineoplastic agent,
5-Fluorouracil(5 FU) on the hair in Sprague-Dawley white rats.
Twenty four sprague-Dawley strain white rats, each weighing about 150-200 grams
were used and divided into control and experimental groups. In the experimental group,
eighteen rats were injected intraperitonially with 60 mg of 5-FU per killogram body
weight with one time per two days. Six rats were injected with 0.5 cc of normal saline
soultion intraperitoneally as a placebo on this control group.
Rats were serially sacrificed on the first, third, fifth, seventh, tenth and fourteenth day
after 2 times of injection of 5-FU and saline.
The hair were obtained and observed SEM.
After examination and comparision of all specimens, the results of this study were as
follows :
1. In the control group, the scale and cuticle of hair was observed smooth surface and
equal interval day, and irregular scale and cuticle of hair was observed smooth surface
and equal interval
2. In the experimental group, the first day, scale change was seen from body of hair
and crack was seen from fifth day, and irregular scale and cuticle of hair was seen
from10, 14 days.
3. The apperance of root of hair was not almost change
From above results, 5-Fluorouracil was more effective on the hair body. The change
was begun from first day and crack of scale was seen from fifth day and irregular
scale and cuticle of hair was seen from 10,14 days. The
